We had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, being right next to the ski area. We really appreciated the convenience of the free shuttle service from the train station. The hotel staff, especially Liu who spoke Mandarin, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The spacious room provided us with all the amenities we needed, including heating, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The on-site dining options were excellent, with a variety of delicious dishes available for breakfast and dinner. Another highlight was the hotel's laundry room, which was very convenient for washing and drying our clothing.
This place is highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

This hotel is located conveniently near a train station, making it easy to access, especially if you plan to ski. Plus, it's situated next to a ski area, so you can hit the slopes with ease. the rooms are spacious and clean, with tatami-style floors and comfortable futons. the buffet meals are of high quality, with plenty of dishes to choose from. There are many facilities on site, including a gym, indoor pool, and coin laundry. Some rooms offer amazing views of the mountains too.
The language barrier can be a struggle at this hotel as few of the staff speak English, which may cause some difficulty who rely on English communication.

Great for families and kids, convenient location for skiing, complimentary shuttle from train station. The hotel had plenty of amenities and activities to keep the whole family entertained. The location near the ski slope was key and the shuttle service from the train station was very helpful. The hotel also had a lot of options for children, like a kids’ park and snow playground, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Crowded during peak seasons, language barrier. The hotel can get very crowded during peak seasons and the language barrier made it difficult to communicate with staff members who did not speak English.
